Jalopnik got it wrong. I like those guys, they really have a nice blog, but they got it wrong this time. They said that this (above) is the first four door version of the upcoming MK VI GTI. Well actually it’s not. Volkswagen introduced at the Paris Motor Show a 2 door version and a 4 door version of this car as well. The 2 door version was a white car, and the four door version was blue, exactly like this one.

I’m back. Had a bunch of exams on my head so I couldn’t write for a while, but like the Superbowl, that’s over. Not much has happened this past few weeks. The financial crisis still persists and the automakers still throw away money like the own them.

I’m back in business, so here we goo….

Top Gear gets crazier each episode. The new season is really one of the best. The new episode is really nice. Clarkson lost his voice, Hammond drives a Caterham and a Veritas, Jeremy and May drive communist cars and the mayor of London sucks at driving. I can’t forget the Ford Fiesta drive test, Jeremy Clarkson drove the new Fiesta in a mall, being chased by “baddies”.

Buick has a bit of history doesn’t it? It’s latest model, the new 2010 Buick LaCrosse it’s one of the most awaited cars out there. I could find only teaser pictures, but there’s a Buick history video that shows the new 2010 LaCrosse for a few seconds. I also found out the specs of the new LaCrosse: Buick offers two engines, a base model 3.0L V6 direct injection producing 250-hp. The range-topper will be a 3.6L V6 that produces 290-hp. Both models will have a 6T70 6-speed automatic transmission as standard. There’s also an all-wheel-drive option.

I know God works in mysterious ways but this is ridiculous. A guy from Texas drove his truck at 100 mph into a woman’s car rear ending her. When asked, the driver, Michael E. Schwab, said that God told him to get off the road. The guy didn’t drink anything and had no drugs, but he was scheduled for a psychiatric evaluation.

I can’t believe a guys would drive someone off the road because quote: “she was not driving like a christian”. He god charged with $50,000 dollars. Fortunately the woman was k, but the police officer said: “God must have been with them, ’cause any other time, the severity of this crash, it would have been a fatal.”

The Brits are coming, the brits are coming, in a heavily disguised new generation Jaguar XJ. The Jag guys are making a new generation of the big XJ. The engines used are likely to be the standard V6 and V8 and for a more powerful feeling, a supercharged V8. Since hibrids are the new thing everybody wants, the XJ may offer a hibrid version as well.

The new 2009 Challenger is one of the safest muscle cars out there. The new Challenger got 5 crash test stars. It got 5 stars for the front impacts, side and rear impacts. Both the passengers and the driver are “over protected” by this old school muscle car.
