These are the spy pictures of the new 2010 BMW 5 Series touring. I got a few months ago some pictures of the new 5 Series sedan and the new M5, it seems that the touring model was up next. The new 5 Series sedan will be available sometime late this year, while the touring model will only be available in 2010.

It sounds like BMW want to equip the top of the range 5 Series touring with the same V8 4.4 L engine that the X6 has. That will be almost as fast as the M5 touring. BMW will also introduce some new diesel and gas engines. And that’s not all, the new 5 Series will also have an optional 8 speed transmission.

I got my hands on some spy pictures of the new E class Coupe, and boy am I impressed. Look at those lines, look at those hips, this car is going to be a hit. The E class Coupe will replace the CLS. This test mule was spotted in the UK. Mercedes is using a different grille to help you differentiate the Coupe from the saloon.

The guys from Next Autos succeeded in photographing a mule of the next Mercedes CLS. It first was rumored that the new CLS model will be based on the S class platform, but those rumors were proven false. The new CLS will be based on the new E class platform. The four door coupe will also have the E class engines and specs. This mule featured in the pictures has a roofline completely undisguised.

This are the pictures of the new SLC Gullwing, well actually the mule version. The guys from Next Autos got their hands on some nifty pictures of the coolest Merc around. As you can tell, the weather is bone crunching (-15 Fahrenheit). It looks like the new Gullwing will have a twin-turbocharged V8 that produces about 600 hp.

Buick has a bit of history doesn’t it? It’s latest model, the new 2010 Buick LaCrosse it’s one of the most awaited cars out there. I could find only teaser pictures, but there’s a Buick history video that shows the new 2010 LaCrosse for a few seconds. I also found out the specs of the new LaCrosse: Buick offers two engines, a base model 3.0L V6 direct injection producing 250-hp. The range-topper will be a 3.6L V6 that produces 290-hp. Both models will have a 6T70 6-speed automatic transmission as standard. There’s also an all-wheel-drive option.

Detroit is basically a car reporter’s heaven. Call it faith if you want, bu the fact remains the same, the guys from Jalopnik managed to get some spy photos of this Mustang Shelby GT500 mule. They say the pictures aren’t so great, but they’re being modest. The new 2010 Mustang Gt 500 really looks spectacular. Look at those lines, it really is a GT. The new Shelby has double vents on the hood, huge lower and upper grills, racing stripes, new wheels and of course a really nice exhaust in the back.

The Brits are coming, the brits are coming, in a heavily disguised new generation Jaguar XJ. The Jag guys are making a new generation of the big XJ. The engines used are likely to be the standard V6 and V8 and for a more powerful feeling, a supercharged V8. Since hibrids are the new thing everybody wants, the XJ may offer a hibrid version as well.
