That’s right! The Mini One D is the slowest depreciating car in 2008. This comparison was made by EurotaxGlass. The cars depreciation ratio is calculated over a period of three years. They made a list of top 10 cars to buy if you want to lose a small amount of money in your car. The top pick is the Mini One D. The little Mini still has 63.2% of it’s initial value after three years of usage.

It seems like car makers don’t want to spend their money on the Detroit Auto Show. Nissan follows Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Ferrari, Land Rover and Rolls Royce and announced that they won’t be presenting any cars at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show. Nissan actually hasn’t anything new to present because they presented all their new designs at the LA Auto Show. All that remains is the new concept van named NV2500, but that’s not a very important car for them right now.

That’s right, I’ve said it, the new design really sucks. F1 cars are made to look good and perform exceptional. I like the fact that F1 is a fast sport, but I don’t think that if you will put a shorter wing on a F1, that will make it faster, there’s no chance believe me. The car you see in the picture above is the 2009 F1 car from BMW.

BMW 3 series is the most reliable car in the UK. This is the result Fleet News presents to the world. They did a survey with the rent a car companies and there were 900.000 car involved. The 3 series is the best sold BMW in Europe, but now it seems it’s really reliable too. This was one of the biggest poll ever done in Britain.
BMW has other 2 cars in the top 10: the Mini and the 1 series. So if ypu want a really reliable car, think about buying a BMW 3 series.

I really don’t know why diesel isn’t popular in the US. I guess it’s a cult thing, or Americans just don’t want to save money on fuel. I was thinking about some facts about diesel fuel and I still can’t understand why some people don’t consider diesel. I know it’s a bit more expensive but it has it’s advantages in the long run. We really like them here in Europe, really we do.
