That’s right! The Mini One D is the slowest depreciating car in 2008. This comparison was made by EurotaxGlass. The cars depreciation ratio is calculated over a period of three years. They made a list of top 10 cars to buy if you want to lose a small amount of money in your car. The top pick is the Mini One D. The little Mini still has 63.2% of it’s initial value after three years of usage.
The worst investment is the Alfa Romeo 166, which has only 12% of it’s initial value. That’s a terrible depreciation rate, but I guess you already know that when you buy a Alfa Romeo.
