Ford Focus is one of the best sold cars in Europe. It’s arch rivals are the Volkswagen Golf and the Opel Astra. Opel is going to launch a new Astra and Volkswagen has already launched it’s new mark 6 Golf. The only reasonable thing Ford could do is to launch a new Focus Generation right? Yes it is and this is exactly what Ford is going to do.

The new Focus will have a mad design that will really give the competitors a run for their money. The new EcoBoost engines seem really revolutionary. The new EcoBoost engines will give you a better fuel consumption and fewer CO2 emissions.

Petrol engines will include the new turbocharged 1.0L which will produce 89 and 108 hp. Ford believes the most used engine will be the 1.6 L that will produce 148 and 178 hp. Both engines are turbocharged.

The new TDCI diesel engines will be a 1.6L engine that will produce 89, 108 and 128 hp. The bigger 2.0L TDCI will produce 168 and 197 hp. Ford will introduce it’s double clutch gear box for these new models.

The new Focus will have better quality interiors, getting really close to Mondeo quality.
