Honda’s F1 team out

Honda’s F1 team won’t compete in next year’s season. Although at first Honda’s CEO Takeo Fukui said Honda has a few months to find a suitable sponsor, on Friday he decided Honda won’t compete in next year’s season. Takeo Fukui said that Honda could invest that huge amount of money in other things that are more useful to the company.

I agree because the last time Honda won a Grand Prix was in 2006, and sustaining a F1 team means investing millions and millions of dollars, money that automakers can’t really afford throwing away.
