We all love embarrassing moments don’t we? At least we love when they happen to others. We especially love when they happen to celebrities right? You all know Petter Solberg, the WRC driver for Subaru, driver that won’t compete next year because Subaru dropped out from the WRC Rally.

Petter Solberg was attending last week the Bettega Memorial Rallysprint in Bologna, Italy. He was doing some laps waving to the crowd when he decided to spice up things, so he got on the roof of the car. You can see what happened below:

As Jeremy put it, there are a few electric cars that you really want to buy just for the heck of driving them and not think about saving Earth. One is the Karma Fisker and the other one is the Tesla Roadster. Jeremy got his hands on two Tesla’s because frankly one is not enough for a proper test drive ( you will see why in the video). Tesla said that it’s roadster model has a 244 miles range, but Jeremy proved it only has a 65 mile range.

The question is this: is the Tesla faster than the car it was based on? Is it faster than the Lotus Elise? Let’s find out after the jump:

We all know about the financial crisis right? High unemployment rates, bankruptcy, mortgages to pay, car loans etc. Usually people find themselves another job and start paying the bills. I guess this is the case with this guy right here. He bough a DB7 and now he has to pay for it.

Combining Domino’s Pizza with an Aston Martin DB7 can only result one thing, really fast delivery time, and I guess it also means you have to pay the man extra tips because your pizza arrived in style.

When I tooks these pictures a while back, I guess I didn’t know I was photographing a star. Planet 4×4 declared the Renault SUV, the best SUV of 2008. It looks like Renault hit it big this year with it’s first SUV ever made. The Renault Koleos was awarded Best SUV in it’s class and Best SUV overall. I can’t help but wonder about the Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover, Toyota Hilux, Ford Kuga and even about the Volkswagen Tiguan. How can this french SUV be so good and me not knowing about it?

The car really looks the business, and that folding roof makes you forget those horrible soft tops other automakers use.

As you already know, things are pretty bad in the auto industry, so we shouldn’t be surprised if things would get worse right? Well wrong. No one was expecting this financial crisis to hit a sport that we all love, the WRC. Suzuki declared that the poor sales in the last period had decided their faith, there’s not going to be a Suzuki WRC team this year. Although the team was active only for a year, they actually did pretty good for a “rookie”

Following Suzuki, Subaru has declared that the new season might not start for them, because of the money problems the automaker is facing.
